Having launched the casino with us over ten years ago, Jamie went on to enjoy resounding success working with the likes of Playboy Mayfair, before returning to his home turf with a wealth of fine dining experience and an eye for culinary finesse.
Now turning his talents to our riverside restaurant, Jamie's menu showcases quality seasonal produce with a contemporary Scottish flare.
