TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Seat Giveaway
1. The Summer Showdown giveaway promotion will run from 5 June to 18 July 2024 and is open to all customers.
2. One Summer Showdown seat will be added to Wednesday and Thursday poker tournaments during the promotional period. The seat will be funded through the card room promotional fund, a total of 14 seats into the Summer Showdown tournament will be available.
3. The Summer Showdown seat will be awarded to the last player eliminated from the tournament before the money.
4. Seats are transferable with the approval of a Card Room Supervisor.
5. Players can win multiple seats.
6. All unused seats by the conclusion of the final registration period for the Summer Showdown tournament will be added to the Summer Showdown tournament prize pool.
7. All MG Poker Tournaments are governed by the Tournament Rules displayed in the Poker Room and are available on request.
8. Tournament Director’s decision is final.
9. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
10. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
12. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
13. Disregard or failure to meet any of any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Summer Showdown Tournament
1. The Summer Showdown Tournament will run from Wednesday 24 to Sunday 28 July 2024 and is open to all customers.
2. Day 1A will take place on Wednesday 24 July, Day 1B on Thursday 25 July, Day 1C on Friday 26 July, Day 1D on Saturday 27 July and Day 2 on Sunday 28 July.
3. Each entrant must register at the Poker Desk before the commencement of the tournament at 7pm on Day 1A, 1B and 1C or 5pm on Day 1D, late registrations must be registered before 10.30pm on Day 1A, 1B, 1C or 8.30pm on Day 1D. There is no registration available for Day 2.
4. All entrants must pay the entrance fee of £50 (£40 Buy-in + £8 Registration Fee + £2 Promotional Fee) prior to commencement of play.
5. Prior to the commencement of the tournament a starting stack of 25,000 chips will be placed on the table for each paid entrant.
6. A starting stack of chips may be placed in a seat to accommodate late entrants (so all antes and blinds have been appropriately paid). Any unsold seat/s will have such a stack removed at the end of the rebuy period unless otherwise stated.
7. Unlimited re-entries will be permitted for the specified late registration period of the tournament but will be relocated to another table if possible. A re-entry will need to join an existing alternate list and is not seated as a re-buy. They will be seated as close to the big blind as possible if being seated manually, or seated randomly if such a system is in place (i.e., seating cards or a digital seating system). Registration fees will apply for all rebuys.
8. Players have the option to take their biggest stack through to Day 2.
9. Completed competition guarantees a £7,500 prize pool.
10. The venue will match any collected prize pool funds up to a maximum of £5,000.
11. All MG Poker Tournaments are governed by the Tournament Rules displayed in the Poker Room and are available on request.
12. All prize money will be paid out to players in cash as per the pay-out structure available from the Poker Desk/communicated in the Card Room.
13. Tournament Director’s decision is final.
