  2. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  3. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  4. Each entrant must register prior to the commencement of the tournament to be eligible for the early bird bonus. Late entrants must be registered before 10:30pm on the Saturday of each tournament and will be seated in a newly assigned seat with a new starting stack.
  5. All entrants must pay the entrance fee of £100 (£90 Buy in + £9 Registration fee + £1 Promotional Fee) prior to commencement of play.

  7. Seating in tournaments is strictly random (unless accommodating for a disabled player).
  8. Prior to the commencement of the tournament 25,000 starting chips will be placed on the table for each paid entrant.
  9. A starting stack of chips may be placed in a seat to accommodate late entrants (so all antes and blinds have been appropriately paid). An unsold seat will have such a stack removed at a time left to the discretion of the director. (usually at the end of the rebuy period).
  10. Tournament play will use a dead button.

  12. A players hand will be killed if they are not within reach of their seat when the last card is dealt.

  14. Players may not hold or transport tournament chips in any manner that takes them out of view. A player who does so will forfeit the chips and will face disqualification. The forfeited chips will be taken out of play.
  15. A no-show or absent player is always dealt a hand. That player’s stack will post chips for blinds and antes
  16. Re-entries will be permitted for the specified late registration period of a tournament but will be relocated to another table if possible. A re-entry will need to join an existing alternate list and is not treated as a re-buy.
