ELECTRONICS PARTIES

1. The promotion will run on 12 July, 16 August and 13 September 2024 from 2pm to 8pm and is only open to Ace, King, Queen, and Top 200 Jack Met Card holders.
2. Top 200 Jack Met Card holders will be based on customer points earning levels for promotional purposes during the qualifying period of 1 January to 30 June 2024.
3. Attendees can collect a prize draw ticket and £20 Match Play from Reception by showing an Email or SMS invite on the day of the event, limited to one ticket and Match Play per Met Card holder.
4. Match Plays are valid for use on Slots or Electronics on the day. The voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
5. Draws will take place every hour from 2pm to 8pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
6. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
7. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries/vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
9. The tombola will be cleared after the final draw.
10. One winner will be drawn from the tombola per draw time and will have the opportunity to spin the Party Prize Wheel to reveal their prize. There are 54 segments on the wheel containing the following prizes: 10 x £50 Free Play, 10 x £75 Free Play, 12 x £80 Free Play, 8 x £100 Free Play, 6 x £150 Free Play, 5 x £200 Free Play and 3 x £250 Free Play.
11. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics on the night.
12. Promotional tickets are only valid for 24-hours from time of issue.
13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Cash Match Voucher:
1. The voucher is only valid for the date stipulated.
2. Valid for use on Slots or Electronics.
3. The voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with a £20 bet in exchange for a £40 promotional ticket.

5. One voucher per person per day.
