ELECTRONICS PARTIES

1. The promotion will run on 22 December 2023 from 2pm to 8pm and is only open to Ace, King, Queen, and Top 200 Jack Met Card holders.
2. Top 200 Jack Met Card holders will be based on customer points earning levels for promotional purposes during the qualifying period of 1 January 2022 to 20 September 2023.
3. Attendees can collect a prize draw ticket and £20 Match Play from reception on the day of the event, limited to one ticket and Match Play per Met Card holder.
4. Draws will take place at 4pm and 6pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
5. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
6. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
8. The tombola will be cleared at 6.30pm.
9. One winner per draw time will be selected to spin the prize wheel.
10. The prize wheel has 16 segments each containing one of the following: 3 x 1,000 Met Points, 3 x 10,000 Met Points, 6 x £20 Match Play vouchers, 3 x £50 Match Play vouchers, 1 x 25,000 Met Points.
11. Match Plays are valid for use on Slots or Electronics on the day. The voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket. All funds to be staked before cashing out.
12. Met Points will be credited to the winner’s account within 24-hours. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
