12 DOORS OF CHRISTMAS

1. This promotion will run from 12 to 23 December 2024 and is only open to Ace, King, and Queen Met Card holders.
2. Tickets can be collected daily at Reception between 10am and 6.30pm, limited to one ticket per customer per day.
3. Draws will take place daily at 7pm. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
5. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
7. The tombola will be cleared every day after the draw.
8. One winner will be drawn from the tombola and will have the opportunity to pick one of the twelve prize boxes each containing one of the following prizes: 5,000 Met Points, £50 Cash Match, 7,500 Met Points, £150 Cash, £100 Cash Match, 15,000 Met Points, 20,000 Met Points, £200 Cash, 50,000 Met Points, 100,000 Met Points, £1000 Cash, 150,000 Met Points.
9. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available for Match Play or Met Point prizes.
10. Met Points will be credited to winner accounts within 24-hours.
11. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
12. Match play is valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
13. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
14. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
15. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
16. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
17. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
19. Cash prizes can be claimed from the cash desk with a member of management present.
20. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
21. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
23. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
24. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
