Daily Delight

1. This promotion will run from 14 to 28 April 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Scratch cards are available from Reception between 10am and 6am and cannot be issued retrospectively, limited to one scratch card per customer per day.
3. Scratch cards will be distributed until 7.30pm on Sunday 28 April.
4. Prizes are redeemed as follows:
4.1. 1 or 2 Prize Draw Entries to be exchanged at Cash Desk for Prize Draw Tickets to be placed in the tombola.
4.2. £1 or £5 Free Play to be handed to Cash Desk in exchange for a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronics.
4.3. £5, £10 or £20 Match Play to be presented at Cash Desk with the same value bet in cash in exchange for a promotional ticket for use of Slots or Electronics.
4.4. 500 Met Points to be handed to Reception for Met Points to be credited within 24-hours. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
4.5. Online Gaming Spins to be redeemed at metropolitangaming.com on Book of Ra.
4.6. Free Drink to be redeemed at the Bar for one of the following: Pint of Budweiser, 125ml glass of house wine, single measure of house spirit and mixer or soft drink.
4.7. Free Players Menu Item to be redeemed with a server for a meal from the Players Menu to the value of £10.
5. Prize draw will take place on Sunday 28 April at 8pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
6. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their Met Card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
7. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any scratch cards/entries/vouchers that are incomplete, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
9. The tombola will be cleared after the final ticket has been drawn.
10. Three winners will be drawn from the tombola and will have the opportunity to spin the DigiWheel in the order they were drawn for one of the following cash prizes: £50, £100, £200 or £500.
11. The prize wheel will consist of 27 segments of the following: 10 x £50, 8 x £100, 6 x £200 or 3 x £500.
5. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
6. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Daily Delight Scratch and Win promotional activity.
7. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
8. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
10. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
11. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
